SEM-electric refrigeration plate freezing system is designed with freezing module, PID temperature control module and cooling cycle module on the basis of standard sample stage. It can freeze samples in SEM without modifying the electron microscope, which greatly slows down the evaporation of sample water and makes it possible to observe the structure of water-containing samples in electron microscope for a long time. The digital display temperature control of samples on the cold stage is realized through external flange device, and the temperature fluctuation is less than ±0.1℃ after stabilization.
