Independent Grounding
● Independent grounding is a special grounding loop, called "equipment independent grounding wire";
● It eliminates the interference of leakage current of other electrical equipment in the same power supply loop on the electron microscope, and provides "zero potential" during the operation of the electron microscope;
● The grounding body to the grounding wire to the indoor grounding terminal must be completely independent, not connected to any conductive body, and single-point grounding to prevent magnetic field interference after the grounding current forms a loop.
