● The low-frequency magnetic shielding adopts a six-sided shielding shell made of cold-rolled low-carbon steel, which is itself a good shielding and sound insulation layer. Therefore, for transmission electron microscopes and even spherical aberration electron microscopes, appropriate consideration of the silencer system during interior decoration can meet the equipment's noise requirements. Therefore, when we design the decoration, we fully consider the interior decoration effect while meeting the requirements of various indicators. We adopt a wall-top integrated design and use fluorocarbon paint pure aluminum veneer to ensure that the indoor decoration materials have no color difference for at least 15 years, and no structural maintenance is required. Fluorocarbon painted pure aluminum veneer is not easy to gather dust layer, which is conducive to the cleanliness requirements of the electron microscope room. According to the requirements of the equipment for sound waves, the quantified noise absorption punching and installation of the silencer system design are carried out.
● The noise in the electron microscope room comes from the interference caused by its own auxiliary equipment (professional isolation design), and on the other hand, it is due to the external transmission that causes the noise to exceed the standard; the shielding body itself is a good sound insulation layer. Our company carries out silencer system processing between the shielding and the decorative structure, which can ensure that the frequency point of the one-third octave band from 0 to 4000Hz is less than 55dBC after completion.
