The Leica EM ACE900 is a high-end sample preparation system. Freeze fracture, freeze etching and electron beam coating can be performed on samples in one instrument. High-resolution carbon/metal composite coating is performed using an electron beam by rotating the cryostage, suitable for any TEM and SEM analysis, with flexible projection options.

With vacuum locks for sample and tool transfer and gate valves controlling each electron beam source, the instrument is always kept under vacuum, ensuring fast and clean working conditions.
