Configured as a sputter coater or carbon filament evaporation coater, you can obtain reproducible results in a fully automated system, achieving the three functions of a vacuum coater EM ACE200, a gold sprayer, a carbon sprayer, and a vapor coater. If your analysis requires both methods, Leica Microsystems offers a combination instrument with interchangeable heads in one instrument.
Options such as quartz crystal measurement, planetary rotation, glow discharge and exchangeable shielding complete this low vacuum coater.

High Vacuum EM ACE600
The Leica EM ACE600 is an excellent multi-purpose high vacuum thin film deposition system designed to produce very thin, fine-grained and conductive metal and carbon coatings for the highest resolution analysis as required by your FE-SEM and TEM applications.
This high vacuum coater can be configured with the following methods: sputtering, carbon filament evaporation, carbon rod evaporation, electron beam evaporation and glow discharge.
