    A liquid atmosphere nano-laboratory is constructed in the in-situ sample stage using MEMS micromachining technology: thermal fields and electrical signals are applied to thin layers or nano-battery systems through MEMS chips, and a variety of different modes such as EDS are used in combination to achieve real-time and dynamic monitoring of key information such as the microstructure evolution, reaction kinetics, phase change, chemical change, structure and composition evolution at the surface/interface of electrodes, electrolytes and their interfaces in a liquid atmosphere environment as the temperature and electrical signals change from the nanometer level.
