The PSM-1000 uses a 4-hole adjustable centering converter and a randomly distributed centering key to easily adjust the alignment of the objective lens.

● Digital camera system
According to the CCD size of the CCD camera used, select the appropriate camera connector, install it on the camera interface, and form a digital camera system, which can be synchronously observed on a computer, television, or monitor.
● Lighting
Adopting a coaxial vertical lighting system, the light source adopts an external cold light source. The 2m long lighting fiber and light source remote control (optional) provide PSM-1000 with more freedom of operation space.
● Detection workstation
The main body of PSM-1000 can be installed on a detection workstation for testing silicon wafers.
● Laser device
The camera interface of PSM-1000 is equipped with a laser safety positioning pin, and there is a position for installing a laser safety filter in front of the binocular heads, and compensation pads are provided. Without the need for a dedicated laser toolbox, it is easy to install the laser and laser safety filter.
