Triaxial Compensation System for Low-Frequency Magnetic Fields

MR-3 is a feedback compensation system. It reduces magnetic fields by establishing a compensating magnetic field in the opposite direction. MR-3 continuously compensates for magnetic field interference in the frequency range of DC-1 kHz. A low-noise triaxial fluxgate magnetometer measures the magnetic field, and analog control electronics generate a compensation signal, which is input to a built-in power amplifier directly connected to the compensation coils. Typically, these coils consist of only a set of cable loops with a small amount of wire installed at the edge of the laboratory.

Customized modifications, compensation coils, and installation services can be provided upon request.
