The SC24 active magnetic field cancellation system can provide a stable reverse magnetic field in response to the dynamic changes of the external magnetic field to improve the image quality of the electron microscope. The SC24 active demagnetization system is mainly composed of a magnetic field controller, one or two sensing probes and a three-axial multi-core coil, and is installed in the electron microscope room to generate a reverse magnetic field and improve the external magnetic field problem.

There are three power amplifiers in the controller, which mainly drive the current through the magnetic field coil and generate a relative magnetic field to improve the magnetic field interference around the electron microscope. The sensing probe measures the improved magnetic field strength and feeds back to the control system to adjust the loop gain value. The system automatically responds to changes in the external magnetic field with a response time of less than 100 microseconds.
