The flexible and easy-to-use analysis software package Esprit has an open user interface that is concise and intuitive.
The offline analysis option can be used for offline data analysis through independent systems or laboratory LANs.
Mature quantitative analysis energy spectrum data acquisition system:
● Different quantitative step selection: initial recommended configuration, personalized settings, detailed correction methods, and preset methods that can be stored/called.
● Three different quantitative methods based on theory and experiment, Cliff Lorimer factor method, Zeta factor method, and modified Zeta factor method, cover all possible application scenarios.
● TEM proprietary elemental spectral lines above 40 keV ensure the certainty of quantitative analysis results.
● Three methods for fastening the back bottom: physical deduction method for block samples, physical deduction method for thin samples, and mathematical modeling method.
● Absorption correction has been included in Cliff Lorimer quantitative analysis.
