● The fully automatic electrolytic double-spray instrument uses electrolytic corrosion to thin the TEM sample until the electron beam penetration thickness is reached;
● Two nozzles thin both sides of the sample at the same time, and the preparation can be completed in a few minutes. The electrolyte flow rate and double-spray voltage during the sample preparation process can be controlled by the model 120 fully automatic power supply controller or the model 140 digital fully automatic power supply controller.
