Job Description:
1. Responsible for supervising the process of multiple projects, ensuring the standardization of progress, quality, cost control, civilized construction and project information; Effectively supervise the implementation of construction plans;
2. Check the material approach plan of each project, coordinate and urge the procurement department to enter the construction materials and equipment on time to ensure the smooth progress of the project;
3. Participated in the technical disclosure meeting, managed and controlled the nodes at each stage of the project, identified risks, regularly updated and reported the project schedule and problems, and ensured that the nodes of each project were completed on time;
4. Responsible for construction quality inspection, rectification and acceptance of projects, establish and improve safety construction management according to relevant requirements;
5. Participate in post-project maintenance, actively respond to customer complaints and coordinate after-sales solutions;
6. Responsible for coordinating and organizing to solve other problems in the project.
Job Requirements:
More than 1.5 years of decoration engineering and site construction experience; Laboratory project construction or large decoration company and construction experience is preferred;
2. Proficient in building codes, construction processes and technical requirements, and have a deep understanding of the quality, safety and civilized construction management of construction;
3. Able to operate CAD, understand construction drawings and materials, and understand construction and acceptance specifications;
4. Have good coordination and communication skills, good health, and strong ability to withstand pressure;
5. Recognize the company culture, diligent and pragmatic, have the courage to take responsibility, and have professionalism;
6. Can accept long-term travel;
7. Builder's certificate is preferred.
