Job Description:
1. Make an independent proposal, correctly and clearly explain the design concept, conception, specific plan, characteristics, etc.;
2. Responsible for good communication with customers, understanding and insight into customer needs;
3. Organize the design team to carry out the in-depth design on the basis of the conceptual scheme, and review the results of the in-depth design;
4. Grasp the overall design style and complete the overall design of the scheme;
5. Coordination, problem solving and communication in all aspects of the design process;
6. Coordinate with suppliers and control the final presentation, entry time, materials and cost of the project;
7. Lead the team and lead the progress of the case.
Job Requirements:
1. Interior Design related majors
More than 2.5 years of experience in soft decoration design and execution of high-end hotels, clubs, model rooms or many years of interior design experience;
3. Have independently operated complete interior soft decoration projects, familiar with furniture, fabric, jewelry and other related soft decoration collocation design;
4. Have good execution, coordination and negotiation ability, have a certain art foundation, and a certain attainments of indoor soft installation;
5. Familiar with furniture lamps and other soft decoration production process; Strong ability to guide scheme design and site layout;
6. Good language skills, good at work reporting, communication and coordination.
7. Good psychological quality can withstand the adjustment of emotions and work pressure.
