The Analysis and Testing Center of Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology is the school's first campus level public experimental platform, located in the south campus of the school, with a construction area of approximately 1500 square meters. At present, 35 large-scale instrument and equipment resources have been purchased, including field emission transmission electron microscopes, X-ray photoelectron spectrometers, focused ion beam electron beam dual beam systems, and field emission scanning electron microscopes.
The Analysis and Testing Shared Center Platform of Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology is an important facility that provides scientific research analysis and testing services for all faculty and students. This platform aims to improve the efficiency of large-scale scientific research instruments, promote the development of scientific research work, and also support interdisciplinary collaborative research by integrating and optimizing the school's scientific research resources.
