Jihua Laboratory is one of the first provincial laboratories in Guangdong Province located in Nanhai, Foshan. The Jihua Laboratory Testing Center is the technical support system of Jihua Laboratory, with main tasks including analysis and testing services, equipment maintenance and operation, new technology and equipment development, and personnel training.

The testing center aims to provide advanced and accurate analytical testing for laboratories, which is an important guarantee for exploring high-end advanced manufacturing and new material system applications, and an important requirement for Jihua Laboratory. The testing center consists of a structural technology group, a surface technology group, a radiation technology group, a mechanical technology group, a physical and chemical technology group, and a sample preparation technology group, each responsible for quality management and technical services.

Radiation Technology Group: X-ray diffractometer, X-ray high-resolution diffractometer, X-ray stress analyzer, X-ray diffractometer (with additional small angle module), submicron 3D X-ray microscope, industrial CT non-destructive testing analysis system, ultrasonic flaw detector, etc

Physical Properties Technology Group: High temperature elastic modulus damping analysis system, thermal analyzer/thermal conductivity meter, surface analysis system, atomic force microscope, spectrometer mass spectrometry combined system, etc

Mechanical Technology Group: Static load state mechanical performance testing, thermal mechanical fatigue tensile and torsional fatigue testing, high-frequency ultra-high frequency fatigue testing machine, creep testing rotational bending fatigue machine, non-destructive testing and analysis system (endoscopic imaging, ultrasonic imaging, reflectivity thermal imaging), etc

Sample preparation team: metallographic sample grinding and polishing system, precision ion thinning instrument, laser scanning confocal microscope, nano hyperspectral imaging system, super-resolution confocal microscope, etc
