The Electron Microscopy Center of Lanzhou University was established in September 2015 with the support of the national "Double First Class Construction" project funds, and officially began operating in September 2016. At present, we have various types of electron microscopes and sample preparation equipment with a total value of nearly 80 million yuan. In 2020, we added 80 million new equipment, which can provide analysis and research on morphology, microstructure, chemical elements, electronic states, and dynamic physical processes at the atomic level resolution for interdisciplinary fields such as materials science, biology, chemistry, medicine, agriculture, geology, etc. The main electron microscopy equipment includes: 300kV cryogenic transmission electron microscope Titan Krios G3i, objective aberration corrected transmission electron microscope Spectra 300, condenser aberration corrected transmission electron microscope Themis Z, field emission high-resolution transmission electron microscope FEI Tecnai F30, field emission high-resolution transmission electron microscope FEI Talos F200S, biological cryogenic transmission electron microscope FEI Talos F200C, biological cryogenic transmission electron microscope FEI Tecnai 20, biological structure transmission electron microscope FEI Tecnai 120, focused ion beam electron beam dual beam electron microscope Tescan LYRA3 XMU, including low vacuum mode field emission scanning electron microscope FEI Apreo S, a total of 10 units.
